Escapade Rewards Card Terms and Conditions

  1.  The Escapade NZ Rewards programme is operated by Escapade NZ Operations Ltd and is exclusive to Escapade NZ.
  2. Each member of Escapade NZ Rewards is bound to the full terms and conditions of the programme, that may vary from time to time.
  3. Escapade NZ may cancel, withdraw or alter the programme, including these terms and conditions at any time at our discretion. Escapade NZ reserves the right to alter the rewards at any time.
  4. Escapade NZ may cancel any membership of the Escapade NZ Rewards programme at any time in its absolute discretion.
  5. On cancellation of the Escapade NZ membership all accrued stamps are forfeited.
  6. If we identify that you hold two or more cards, we may merge them into one at our discretion. You may hold only one card. Cards cannot be held jointly.
  7. Escapade NZ Rewards is available for individuals only, not organisations or groups or families and the individual must be aged 16 years or older. Your Escapade NZ Rewards card is not transferable and can only be used by the person whose name is on the front of the card.
  8. Escapade NZ reserves the right to notify law enforcement agencies and to pursue any remedies that may be available in the case of improper use or fraudulent activity in relation to these loyalty programmes or any other systems.
  9. One stamp is given for every escape game played.
  10. After playing their second game and receiving a second stamp, members are eligible for one free drink from Escapade’s lounge bar. It is one free drink for each person who has their own card with two stamps on it. It can be any drink sold at Escapade – alcoholic or non-alcoholic (providing they are the legal age for an alcoholic drink and subject to Escapade’s responsible serving of Alcohol policy which adheres to the Sale and Supply of Alcoholic Act 2012).
  11. Alcohol will only be served in compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
  12. There may be times when the free drink can not be served or it may be limited to non alcoholic drinks (e.g. when the lounge bar is privately hired by another group or when an authorised manager is not on the premises to serve alcohol). If this happens, the member will be asked to redeem their free drink another time or choose a non-alcoholic drink.
  13. After playing their fourth game and receiving a fourth stamp, members are eligible for one free game for one person.
  14. A promo code will be issued to the member when they receive their fourth stamp. If the member books online via the promo code will automatically deduct $35 off their total booking cost. If the member books manually (by booking in person, over the phone or via email) then the amount deducted will be equal to the per person rate for the booking. i.e. $35 for adult bookings of 3-4 people, $30 for adult bookings of 5-6 people, $26 for student bookings of 3-6 people.
  15. If more than one person in the group has a rewards card with four stamps on it the members can book one game with multiple promo codes. When booking online the member needs to put a comma between each promo code.
  16. The free game booking is for a min of 3 people.
  17. Stamps can be earned for games played and paid for using promotions and coupons. E.g. Grabone voucher or repeat customer discount.
  18. Escapade NZ reserves the right to exclude some products from accumulating Escapade NZ reward stamps. We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for stamp collection and redemption without notice.
  19. Your Escapade NZ Rewards card must be presented at the time of completing the escape game to earn stamps.
  20. Stamps cannot be retrospectively allocated for games played in the past.
  21. Escapade Rewards must be used in one visit. No change or credit will be given.
  22. Escapade Rewards cannot be used on gift cards
  23. If your Escapade Rewards Card is lost, stolen or damaged it can be replaced, but the stamps earned are lost and not replaced. Escapade NZ does not accept any responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged card or any loss or theft of points or vouchers resulting from that loss, theft or damage.
  24. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Escapade NZ will not be liable for any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Escapade NZ Rewards programme, including but not limited to, where arising out of (a) any loss, theft, unauthorised access or third party interference with or of stamps, membership information or the Escapade NZ Rewards card; (b) any stamps that are not properly recorded against a member’s Escapade NZ Rewards card; and (c) participation in, or termination of, the Escapade NZ Rewards programme.
